Yes, you can request an exchange within 7 days as long as the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please read our Exchange Policy for full details.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Complaints made after 24 hours are not eligible for exchange.
No, Elegant Kidz does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges are allowed based on our exchange policy.

If the change is due to customer preference or size selection, you will need to send the product back to our warehouse at your own cost. Once received, we will send the replacement item with a Rs. 200 delivery fee.
